About Me

Welcome to my personal website. Here you will find work related information and some of my hobbies and interests.

I am a recent graduate (May 2010) of Christopher Newport University holding a Masters Degree in Computer Science. I also obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Christopher Newport University in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.

Since August 2009, I have been working as the Information Systems and Technology Lead for DEVELOP, a student maintained organization supported through NASA's Applied Sciences Program.

I have had a long interest in computer technology since elementary school when I was presented with my first computer, a 50MHz Intel 486DX2 with a whopping 8MB of RAM. I started programming in QBasic in MSDOS and have since progressed. I now find most of my time spent writing Perl applications for scientific data processing.
